The primary function of Thermal paint

To reduce the temperature inside the building by coating the outside. The coating applied at the prescribed film thickness will reduce the temperature through Emissivity. This is the ability to reflect light, which carries heat. This is achieved by the ceramic spheres carefully incorporated into the product. These hollow spheres create a poor conductor for heat, therefore reducing heat transfer.

This whole phenomenon leads to a very interesting advantage to the coating by reducing thermal shock to the coated area. We know that temperature on metal causes a great deal of expansion and contraction, and the coefficient of expansion of steel is directly related to the temperature.
